SMOKE & MIRRORS

Everything that has been in the dark must come to light…

I know many of us have been struggling with the truth of the reality that we now live in the realms of politics, worldly dynamics, and power imbalances. Many are possessed with fear.

In my quirky world there’s been so much astrological driven drama about Pluto going from Capricorn (big business/power/government) into Aquarius (social justice/higher vision/equality for the people). I’ve been too mentally and physically exhausted I finally tuned out of the suspense and all wondering of what would unfold, but now as I tune back in I find myself just watching it all play out with such clarity…
Grab plenty of popcorn as this will be playing out for the next twenty years.

Don’t worry-
I don’t discuss politics….
I’ve been exposed to too many emotional debates over it, and personally, It’s a bit too much. My tendency is to zoom out and see the Eagle’s eye view of the greater scope, which today happens to contain a lot of positivity to share with you.
That is- if you can see beyond the curtain of darkness.

Meow and I have been enjoying some serious binging on Netflix in our reclusiveness. We stumbled upon watching the Jeffrey Epstein documentary. It was insane- beyond insane as I didn’t really know the true extent of the story prior, and personally for me it really hit home.
I lived there.

I used to run all through Palm Beach Island while I was training for my half marathons. I knew the mansion lined streets. Living in that area you learn the difference between old money and new money, as well as secrets into the world they live in. There is a whole different understanding of this level of wealth that most of us have never been exposed to. I ran up and down every street getting my miles in, even as far down to Mara Lago. You see the estates as you pass them by, and well enough that you’ll remember them. I’ve always said when you run or walk a street it’s different than driving- you take in everything from your environment around you.

I had to pause the documentary as I did multiple searches to find the house knowing I had to have seen it. I knew.
Sure enough, I was there. Luckily for me though I was never invited inside like the others.

Upon finding itm I remembered the exact location and the exact run, which fortunately I only did once. It was pretty, as all runs on Palm Beach were. Straight off the Flagler bridge onto the island if you followed the curve on the right instead of remaining on the main strip into the island you found a secluded niche of intracoastal property with a bunch of Yachts. Mega Yachts.
Just to the West of Worth Avenue where the richest of the rich dined and shopped there was this little pocket of a dead end street which lead onto the intracoastal.

For a half marathon training mission it was a one and done. You wouldn’t bother to run 100 yards to reach a dead end and run back except to see it once. But I specifically remember that street and that house once I saw those images. To think of the horrors happening behind any of those doors while jogging in my runners high through one of the richest areas in the whole Nation just never ever came to mind….

Here’s the positive from the various documentaries I’ve been watching- the Eagle’s eye view of their trends and themes…
What is being exposed is really ugly, tearful, disgusting, appalling. Unfortunately it is all around us, but the gift is it’s finally being exposed. As it’s held into the light, more and more whom were previously untouchable are now being held accountable.

Societal shifts take time, a lot of time (ie fifty - one hundred years).
If you think of moving a mountain- You understand it would take your lifetime as well as the generations before and after you.
Something this deep rooted cannot be plucked in a single weeding session.

Don’t give up, while also being realistic and patient, and remember you are a part of creating history.

It’s happening… the Age of Aquarius is here.
